Thank you for interest in leasing a booth at Knick Knacks! We are an antique and vintage marketplace looking for vendors with unique gift styles, home décor to complement our customers’ unique and diverse tastes. From art to vintage our customers are looking for unique

Booth Pricing
2×4’s start at $87 per month (these are not available often)
3×5’s start at $130 per month
4×7’s start at $160 per month (1 year lease)
6×8’s start at $245 per month (1 year lease)
8×8’s start at $280 per month (1 year lease)
10×10’s start at $395 per month (1 year lease)
Requirements
– 8% commission on all sales (one of the lowest in the metroplex)
– No workdays required but booth work suggested
– 6-month lease minimum/12-month maximum (auto rollover unless notice given)
– We pay your state sales tax (if you have state tax ID you must file with State of
Texas)
– We DO NOT pay Dallas County property taxes (they are your responsibility to pay)
Show us your goods!! Before leasing with us, we must see photos of your potential merchandise.
This makes it easier to assess the location of your future booth!

At this time, we are not accepting vendors selling the following items: Purses; Jewelry; Clothes; Shoes; Large electronics, computers, radios; Kitchen appliances; Live plants; New and/or used infant/child accessories; Personal hygiene products; Gym equipment; Used games/puzzles; Used bedding; Damaged or unattractive packaging; Soiled/stained furniture.
