Private Workshops, Demonstrations or Pop Ups

Vendors or private citizens can rent floor space to have a workshop, demonstration or Pop-Up Shop. Some of our events have included:

  • Dixie Belle Paint workshops and demonstrations
    • Furniture flipping
    • Paint techniques
    • Staining techniques
    • Wood crafts
  • Pop Up Shops
    • Art
    • Candles
    • Seasonal merchandise

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. One month’s notice to manager for a mutually agreeable date.
  2. Information on event for publicizing to owner.
  3. Set up and break down responsibility of vendor.
  4. Fee:
    • $25 for Saturday (one day only)
    • $50 for Saturday & Sunday (weekend)
    • Friday – Sunday, $75.
